2. Business and services
We provide Route 66 travel information and may offer business memberships, directory listings, event registrations, sponsorship placements, digital guides and physical merchandise. The description, price, currency, taxes, timing and material limitations shown before checkout form part of your order.
3. Orders and payments
You must provide accurate billing and contact information and be authorized to use the selected payment method. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing error, service ineligibility, legal restriction or unavailability. If we cancel after charging you, we will issue the appropriate refund.
4. Memberships and renewals
If a membership renews automatically, its price, billing frequency and cancellation method will be clearly disclosed before payment. You may cancel future renewal before the next billing date. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed service period unless required by law or stated in the Refund Policy.
5. Events and promotions
Event access remains subject to venue rules, capacity, schedule changes and safety requirements. Promotional offers apply only during the stated period and may not be combined unless the promotion says otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, infringe intellectual-property rights, scrape data at scale or use the site for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity.
7. Intellectual property
Site text, design, graphics and original media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Route 66 names, marks, images and third-party resources may belong to their respective owners. No affiliation or endorsement is implied unless expressly stated.
8. Third-party information
Maps, event calendars, tourism links and business information may be provided by third parties and may change without notice. Confirm hours, availability, road conditions, prices and accessibility directly before travel.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, travel interruption or third-party acts. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing law and contact
